Challenge: To introduce Vodafone’s new Unlimited plans in an engaging and impactful way.
Solution: Get people to create their own Unlimited experience.
Idea: Give one person an Unlimited credit card for 24 hours. They can spend as much as they like, as long as they consume everything before the 24 hours ends.
Execution:
- Facebook application on the Vodafone page to promote the competition and call for entries.
- Radio live reads.
- Winner notification on A Current Affair and video capture of the day.
Results:
- 4,048,907 people exposed to the campaign
- 15,048 Facebook fans
- 3,943 entries
- $1.6 million of PR value
